In 1988, the Aray Group of companies was established in the City of Yerevan, the Republic of Armenia by its founder - Mr. Arayik Petrosyan. Mr. Petrosyan was a qualified electronics engineer by profession with a wealth of experience in the electronics industry. His vast knowledge in the field, all managerial and leadership skills fuelled the growth of the company from strength to strength.

Mr. Armen Petrosyan's vision is to see his business grow and diversify year after year into an empire that will span new boundaries. In line with his leadership the company is aggressively expanding its retail network in Armenia and Georgia with plans of a foray into neighboring markets. In addition to its electronics business, the group has set up an IT division to look after the soaring demand in the region. Also the group has set up a Security devision to meet the security requirements . The group has also added a Real Estate Company in Dubai where it seeks to capitalize on the boom in the property market.

The ARAY TECHNOLOGY works within the home appliances and consumer electronics industry and has very strong business relationships with gaint brands like JVC, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba, Aiwa, Samsung, Ariston, Mitsubishi, Akai, Samsung, Zanussi and Sanyo to name a few.
 
Aray is engaged in several activities which include purchasing, sales, promotion and marketing for all major product categories within the electronics and home appliance sectors.

The Group has offices in the Middle East & the CIS region with operations across, the GCC, CIS, Central Asian countries and the Far East.
